NRL star Dylan Walker has denied pulling his fiancee’s ponytail and creating her to slide down on a concrete driveway with a child in her arms, as an alternative proclaiming he basically “touched her shoulder … then she fell”.
The 24-yr-previous has pleaded not responsible to a demand of domestic violence-connected assault occasioning true bodily damage soon after his fiancee Alexandra Ivkovic endured grazes to her shoulder, leg and ft in December.
He’s also pleaded not responsible to a backup demand of typical assault.
Walker advised Manly Nearby Courtroom on Friday Ms Ivkovic experienced remaining their household soon after a struggle broke out in between the pair when she questioned him if he would like a spoon or a fork to try to eat meal whilst he was participating in his PlayStation.
He stated he adopted her outside the house and questioned her to arrive back again into the household and discuss to him.
“I just achieved out with my remaining hand to contact her shoulder, just turning her in direction of me,” Walker stated. “Then she fell, fell on to the floor.”
Ms Ivkovic originally advised NSW Law enforcement when she remaining the household cradling the child Walker adopted and pulled her by the ponytail to the floor. But in February she advised the courtroom she recalled issues in different ways afterwards on.
